
Overview
You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return or refund. After this time, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and still in the original packaging.
Some items are not returnable. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we cannot accept intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Certain health and personal care items
Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Instead of mailing the product to the manufacturer, send it directly to us.
You may receive only a partial refund when:
- A book shows signs of use
- Media items or software have been opened
- An item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
- More than 30 days have passed since delivery
Refunds
We inspect every return after it arrives. After that, we email you with our decision. If the return qualifies, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing times, however, may vary by bank or credit card company.
If you do not see the refund, check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company to confirm posting times. Then, reach out to your bank for more information. Finally, if the refund still has not appeared, email us at {email address}.
Sale Items
Regular-priced items qualify for refunds. In contrast, sale items do not.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To begin, email {email address}. Then, ship the item to:

Gifts
If the buyer marked the order as a gift and shipped it directly to you, we issue a gift credit for the return. Once we receive the item, we mail your gift certificate. However, if the order was not marked as a gift, we refund the original buyer instead.
